Hi, I’m Ruthie, an Early Childhood Behavioural and Education Consultant and Registered Teacher. With over 23 years' teaching experience (18 years as a Head Teacher), and 11 years as a Behavioural Specialist, I have now ventured out on my own to continue my passion for supporting tamariki to flourish in safe, inclusive environments by establishing 'RMF - ECE Behavioural and Education Consultants'.

My work includes providing coaching and mentoring to promote and enhance environments that support inclusion, equitable opportunities, self-regulation, and social and emotional competencies. Tailored strategies are designed to meet the individual needs of our tamariki/children, kaiako/teachers, whānau/parents, families, and caregivers.
